Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. (Be aware there is a £3.45 return fee) Please contact us to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging & if the product is sealed it must not be opened. We will refund the purchase price of the item, but we do not refund shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

You have the rights to cancel or amend any order up to 12 hours after the order has been made as long as this has been done before items have been dispatched

 

Mystery Pack Purchases

When you purchase a mystery pack from Hydro-trading.co.uk, you acknowledge that the contents of the pack are unknown and may vary in quality and value. By purchasing a mystery pack, you agree to accept the pack as-is, and under no circumstance are you allowed to return the mystery pack for a refund or exchange.

This policy is in place to prevent pack swapping or returning of the item simply because the contents did not meet your expectations or desires. By purchasing a mystery pack, you are taking a risk and accepting the unknown contents as part of the fun and excitement of the experience.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding the mystery pack you received, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to address your concerns. However, we do not guarantee any specific contents or value of the mystery pack.
